Are guided tours included in Fes and Marrakech?
Yes, Day 3 features a full-day guided tour of the Fes medina with a local expert, and Day 9 includes a guided sightseeing tour of Marrakech’s main historical monuments.
How much time do we spend in the Sahara Desert?
You will spend two nights in the desert region. Day 4 is in a Merzouga hotel/riad, and Day 5 is spent in a luxury desert camp after a sunset camel trek.
Why does the itinerary go back up the coast at the end?
This 14-day route is designed as a comprehensive loop of Morocco. After seeing the south and Marrakech, driving back up the coast allows you to experience the capital city of Rabat, the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, and the artistic town of Asilah without backtracking.
