Welcome to Best Morocco Trails. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the booking of our travel services.

By accessing this website and booking a tour with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or book our services.

1. Booking and Reservation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A reservation is only confirmed once a deposit has been received by Best Morocco Trails and a written confirmation (email) has been issued.
• The client (the person making the booking) must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for making all payments due to Best Morocco Trails.

2. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid  30 days prior to the start of the tour, or in cash upon arrival (depending on the specific agreement made).
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment platforms as specified on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email.
  • Cancellation 7  days or more prior to departure: Full refund minus the deposit.
  • Cancellation between 10 and 30 days before departure: 70% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 6 days prior to departure: No refund.
• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings). In such cases, we will offer you an alternative tour date or a full refund of all payments made.

4. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, loss of luggage, and repatriation. Best Morocco Trails accepts no liability for any losses or expenses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.

5. Itinerary Changes

• While we endeavor to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodation, or transportation without prior notice due to weather conditions, road closures, or other safety factors.
• We are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by these changes.

6. Health and Fitness

• You must ensure that you are medically fit to undertake the tour you have booked. It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities at the time of booking.
• Best Morocco Trails reserves the right to refuse participation in the tour to any client whose medical condition or behavior may negatively affect the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other group members.

7. Passports and Visas

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport and obtain the necessary visas for your trip. We cannot be held responsible for any refusal of entry or deportation due to incorrect documentation.

8. Liability

• Best Morocco Trails acts only as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, restaurants). We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by the default, negligence, or omission of these third parties.
• We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or baggage during the tour.

9. Complaints

• If you have a complaint during your tour, you must immediately inform your tour guide or our local representative so that the issue can be rectified on the spot. Failure to do so may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue later.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
