At 8:00 AM, our team will meet you at your accommodation in Marrakech to begin your journey into the captivating southeast of Morocco. Drive through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, the highest road in Morocco. Enjoy scenic stops to admire panoramic views and traditional Berber villages. Arrive at the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore this iconic fortified village featured in films such as Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Enjoy lunch in Ait Benhaddou or continue to Ouarzazate, also known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Visit the Atlas Studios (optional). Continue along the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to Kalaat M’Gouna, the “City of Roses,” and then to Boumalne Dades. Settle in for the night in a charming riad or hotel in the peaceful Dades Valley.

Continuing deeper into the mountains, you will witness snow-capped peaks, flowing rivers, and lush valleys—a striking contrast to the cityscape of Marrakech. Along the route, we will pause for lunch in a local village, where you will savor authentic Berber cuisine in a peaceful rural setting. In the afternoon, we arrive in the serene village of Imlil, situated at the foot of Mount Toubkal. From here, enjoy a guided hike through nearby trails, passing through terraced fields, forests, and small villages, all while soaking in the breathtaking natural beauty of the region.

Wake early for an awe-inspiring sunrise over the Sahara. After breakfast at the camp, begin a 4×4 tour through the Sahara. Cross dramatic sand dunes and visit desert oases and remote Berber villages. Meet nomadic families and learn about their traditions. Share tea in their tents and discover their ancient ways of life. Visit Dar Gnaoua, home of the Gnaoua people, where you’ll enjoy traditional spiritual music played on instruments like the guimbri and qaraguib. Continue exploring the Erg Chebbi dunes, the tallest in Morocco, reaching up to 150 meters. Stop at desert oases and small palm groves. Return to camp for activities such as sandboarding, another sunset, and a relaxing dinner beneath the stars.

Along the way, you will also have the chance to visit local artisan workshops, where craftsmen create beautiful handmade goods like colored glass lanterns, metalwork, and traditional paintings—perfect souvenirs to remember your journey. We will stop for lunch at a local riverside restaurant, allowing you to savor authentic Moroccan flavors while enjoying the serene scenery of the valley. In the afternoon, we will take a scenic drive back to Marrakech, passing through picturesque landscapes and traditional villages, before dropping you off at your accommodation.
